Online Shopping has never been easier in Namibia

1.How do I place an order on zimolange.com?

Step 1

Click ‘Add to cart‘ to place the item you want to buy in your shopping cart.

Step 2

Once you have added all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click on the bag icon to view the items in your cart. Apply your promotional code or voucher if you have one and click ‘Update Cart’

If you’re happy with the items in your cart, click ‘ Proceed To Checkout’.

Step 3

Follow the instructions on the ‘Checkout‘ page. Enter your email address and password or if you’re a new customer, register for an account at this step. Enter your Billing address and your complete Shipping Address (make sure to enter a post code, the old default 9000 is fine). Once you have entered your complete delivery address, the checkout page will automatically add the correct the delivery price to the total.

Step 4

Choose how you want to pay by clicking on the the payment option you want to use.

Step 5

Tick the ‘Agree to the Terms and Conditions‘ box. Your order will not go through unless you have ticked this box.

Step 6

Click ‘Place order‘.

An automatic email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided to let you know your order details and payment instructions. Please note that your order confirmation email might end up in junk mail inbox so do check there as well.

Step 7

Check your email for your order confirmation email from us and make payment so we can prepare your order for shipping/delivery.

2.What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods:

  1. E-wallet/EasyWallet/Nedbank Wallet/StandardBank BlueVoucher
  2. Pay2Cell (FNB only)
  3. COD also known as Cash on Delivery* *COD only available in Windhoek on orders up to N$1500
  4. Bank transfer- Electronic Fund Transfer also known as Bank Transfer
  5. *If you wish to pay via Paypal in Paypal accepted currencies please contact us on Whatsapp

3. How do you deliver?

We offer the following delivery services:

All Orders are delivered. We do not offer a collection service at this time.

Namibia

Windhoek Delivery: N$50

Countrywide postal courier: N$95

We offer free delivery on orders over N$950

4.How long does delivery take?

Windhoek: You can expect your order to be processed for delivery within 1-2 business days.

Rest of Namibia: Your order will be prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days and delivered according to Nampost delivery times.

5. Can I collect my order?

No. We are an online shop. There is no physical store or collection point. All orders are delivered to the customer.

6.How do I know if an item is in stock?

All products on the website are in stock unless marked as ‘Sold out’ on the product page.  If the product is out of stock , you will see a grey circle next to the product picture that reads "Sold out". You can sign up to a notification email to be notified when the product is back in stock.

 

7.Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. To order additional items please place a new order.

 

8. What if I change my mind and want a refund?

Sorry, we do not offer refunds at this time unless you have received a faulty item or the wrong item was delivered to you.

The following items cannot be refunded for hygienic reasons:

Cosmetics, swimwear, lingerie, sale items, special orders.

To return a faulty/wrong delivery, simply email support  to receive further instructions on how to return the item for a refund.

9. Can I make a specific product request?

To make a specific product request please contact us on Whatsapp. Once confirmed, please note that this requires a pre-order deposit.
